Program for the British Columbia Ringette Association's First Annual Tournament held in Port Coquitlam in 1976. The annual tournament is the first provincial championships in the province. The program is printed on green coloured copy paper, folded and stapled. The program sold for $0.25.

Welcome messages are provided by Dog Guggisberg, President of BC Ringette, Trudy Cutherbert, Vice-President of BC Ringette, and Wendy Glover, Secretary, BC Ringette. Messages read:

"On behalf of the B.C. Ringette Association, I wish to welcome all players, coaches and delegates who are attending our First Annual Provincial Ringette Tournament. This tournament will be the forerunner of many ringette tournaments in the years to come. To all we wish good luck and may the best team win!" - Don Guggisberg

"Ringette was started in Ontario in 1964 by Mr. Sam Jacks. It came to British Columbia in 1973. The first teams to play were Langley and Aldergrove. Next came Port Coquitlam and New Westminster. We hope in years to come more communities in BC will be playing ringette. Ringette Canada was started by six provinces in 1975." -Trudy Cuthbert.

The 1975-76 Executive of BC Ringette Association is listed and includes: Don Guggisberg (Langley), President; Trudy Cuthbert (Langley), Vice-President; Wendy Glover (Aldergrove), Secretary-Treasurer; and Beverley Felske (Port Coquitlam), Director.

The tournament director was Bev Felske. Other tournament committee members include: Diane Cannon (Ice Coordinator), Pat Goff (Secretary), Donna Bird (Publicity), Patricia Kostinski (Timekeepers), Roy LaVallee (Referee-In-Chief), Lorraine LaVallee (Public Relations), Elva Harder (Social Evening), Eileen Dmytronetz (Printing).

The schedule of events includes opening ceremony, BCRA AGM, social evening, games, and championships games for the petite and tween divisions.

Twelve teams are listed in the program, including names of players and coaches. Teams in the petite division include: "Willies and Linders" (Aldergrove); "Dan Kitsuls Queenettes" (Aldergrove), "Mid Valley Lumber" (Langley), "Order of Royal Purple Tent Number Ten" (Port Coquitlam), "Legionettes" (Port Coquitlam), "Premier Cablevision Company" (Vancouver). Teams in the tween division include: "Aldergrove Sports Centre" (Aldergrove), "Brahma Hay & Grain Inc." (Aldergrove), "Don Smith Homes" (Langley), "Tidal Towing Ltd." (Port Coquitlam), "Kinettes" (Port Coquitlam), "Eaton & Starr - Real Estate & Insurance" (Port Coquitlam).
